”Kaikintavoin hyvä ja laadukas hotelli keskustassa, parvekenäköala järvelle upea. Huone hieman vanhanaikaisesti sisustettu, sänky erinomainen! Minibaari pettymys, vain limonadia ja vettä, hieman outoa, aina pieni kynnys alkaa tilata huonepalvelusta. Kaikissa muissa ruokailupaikoissa hyvä ruoka paitsi pääravintolassa (La Veranda), jossa pääruoka oli lähes ala-arvoinen, kala mauton ja sitkeä (Sol meuniere), ei todellakaan vastannut odotuksia ja huimaa hintaa! Ainoa miinus mutta varsin suuri!”

”Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Loistava aamupala, mukava henkilökunta, täysin uusi huone ja hieno näkymä järvelle. Ainoa miinus oli vaikeus löytää pysäköinti mutta tämä johtui siitä etten lukenut hotellin lähettämää viestiä.”

”Piti olla vain yksi yö mutta hotelli oli erinomaisessa paikkaa joten vietimme kaksi yötä. Koramme Coco viihtyi hyvin hotelissa ja läheisillä pyistoalueilla tapasimme muita koiriwn ulkoiluttajia. Juotsenet kävelivät potkin kävelykatua ja viettivät aikaa baareissa. Naisille ostoskadulla oli kaikki kuuluisat vaateliikkeet ja niiden palvelu oli erinomaista. Lähellä on myös outlet Fox Town. ”

”Place was amazing. Staff were helpful and went out of their way to help. Room was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the lake. Bus stop was feet from the door and the Olive Tree walk started next to thee hotel. Overall just an amazing place. ”

”Very nice hotel. The view from our room was incredible and the room was very large and nice. Essentially an apartment. The hotel has a couple of restaurants we did not make it to and a cool bar with a great view. There is a train station pretty close by, but you do need to go up and down a big hill to get to anything if walking.”

”Hyvää asiakaspalvelua”

”Stayed for two nights, and we were kindly offered public transportation passes for two days. Parking was free on the street on Saturday after 18 and Sunday all day. The air conditioning is rather noisy and there is no fridge in the room, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet and neat rooms, small pool outside, short walking distance to train/funicular. Excellent service. Didn’t have breakfast but bought coffee separately, 3,50 CHF per cup.”

”Varmaa Novotel-laatua. Todella hyvä, siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli mukavuuksilla ja erinomaisella palvelulla. Mukava iso huone, jossa lapsillakin hyvät sängyt. Kaikki toimi.”
