”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”For the price paid I was not super happy with the room. Granted it was a very busy convention weekend, and the hotel construction may have influenced this, the hot water in the room was very spotty. No microwaves or fridges in the room either was disappointing.”

I overheard a staff member telling another customer that they were sold out, and because we were pressed for time we decided to keep the incorrect room that we were given.
