”The maid service was poor. The food was okay. The price for a massage was to high. However it was close to Woodfield Shopping Mall. I paid for the room and still they had several more fees. The service simply was not there. ”

I subsequently required a room and floor change, and he handled this request with remarkable accommodation and professionalism. Both rooms I occupied were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The second room, in particular, was excellent, with the sole exception of the bathtub drainage....

”I stayed for five days, but housekeeping came only once during my entire stay, which was very disappointing. There were no washer and dryer facilities available even in a common area, which made the stay quite inconvenient. The room was also missing basic amenities like a microwave, and the TV did not work during my stay. Overall cleanliness and upkeep were not up to expectations, and the service quality did not match what was promised. Communication from the staff was also lacking, and...
