”Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Siisti huone - ei suuri, mutta riittävä parin yön yöpymisiin. Outoa oli, että suihkusta loppui lämmin vesi jo alle viiden minuutin suihkun jälkeen. Monipuolinen aamiainen, mutta valitettavasti leikkeleet ja juustot olivat edellispäiväisiä.

”Hotel was rather new. For nowadays standard the roof of room was not finished, which make me feel a little disappointed for the price. Also bathroom solution for controls and shower parts were quite challanging. Also the served breakfast was quite challanging for traveling as business. By other hand, the hotel itself is quite well located, very refreshing with style and personel was very friendly. I would suggest to those who travel with time.”

Huone kokolattiamattoineen oli nuhjaantuneen tuntuinen. Vuode ei mukava. Kylpyhuonetilat olivat OK. Neljän tähden hotellissa olisi odottanut olevan safty boxin; ei ollut, eikä myöskään minibaaria. Kettle oli kuitenkin. Hotellista lentoasemalle kesti n. 15 min.”
”Monipuoleinen aamiainen. Moni ruokalaji loppui kyllä kesken. Siivoojilla selkeästi liian kiire. Unohtivat vessapaperin tai vaihtoivat isot pyyhkeet vahingossa käsipyyhkeiksi. Vähän liian pienet huoneet. Kolme sänkyä, mutta ei mahtunut kolme matkalaukkua avonaisena. Ei kaappitilaa.
Hyvä perushotelli ja ihan siisti.”
”Again we have stayed here and it never failed to please. From the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. We were greeted with smiles and all the staff were lovely, even the maintenance man whom was around the hotel.
I love the hotel being central of Lord St, and the fact our car is taken to be parked safely during our stay.
Breakfast is always plentiful from a variety to choose from. The staff are familiar from working here so long, which is a comfort.

”This was our fourth stay. It did not disappoint and we will choose it in our next trip to Liverpool. One recommendation is to not have such a strong smelling air freshener scent throughout the facility, especially the lobby and the rest of the ground floor. It triggered a migraine”
