”New, convenient hotel in a good location and easy access to Manchester Piccadilly train station. From the negative side we did not receive any information prior to arrival that checkin and payment can only be done online even though there is a checkin counter at the hotel. Minor annoyance. Bigger annoyance was that we had a three bedroom apartment and only one bed was made. ”

”Staff at reception very friendly and informative. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our lodge and although we didn't take part it looked like there was lots of activities going on (this didn't disturb us) Our lodge was bigger than expected and clean Lots of cutlery and plates to use and a filter coffee machine which was a lovely touch. The property is easy to get to and a good base for exploring the area. ”
