”My girlfriend and I stayed here for the fourth of July weekend and weren't sure exactly what to expect. But, our expectations were blown out of the water. Staying here was unbelievable and a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this place for couples to get away and make some amazing memories. We will definitely be back soon!”

”The mansion is a beautiful, historic treasure. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, and the amenities were very nice. The proprietor generously shared her time talking about the history, the community, etc. Highly recommend for those who enjoy indulging in history and beauty during their stay.”

”I have travelled throughout the US and this inn was the BEST I have encountered. The breakfasts were spectacular - cream cheese, apple brioche French toast was one of my favorites!
The rooms and gardens also amazing but the real difference was the hospitality given by Leslie! You will not find a better place and you will be longing to go back when you leave!!”

”The perfect home base for a quick trip to see a Cubs game. You won’t find a friendlier or less expensive place this close to Wrigley and the lake.
The close proximity to the Red Line L puts the entire city in reach for those non- baseball outings and site seeing.
The North Halsted neighborhood, while maybe not for everyone, is such a vibrant and welcoming place.
