”The general property inside is recently renovated and is appealing to the eye. However, we had small little blank ants in the room - any sweet food needed to be kept in the fridge. Each day of our stay, they would cancel my room card - if I'm staying 3 nights, keep it active for that long! The other problem was the elevator. It looked ancient! It made strange noises to the point where I couldn't trust it anymore and used the stairs. One bright note is the food trucks outside - great food!”

”Found hair and things in the beds and room, that seems as though the cleaning staff was not super thorough. It may have even been their hair that fell out when changing the beds, but still gross. Overall, the property was OK for a night. It is right next to I-4. There are plenty of restaurants and things close by. Main street is about 10 minutes away. ”

”Breakfast options great and tasty. Room was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly. Pool was great too ”

”Shower was leaking from the hose itself in the tire bathroom went to the desk to ask to get it fixed as we were going to leave that morning for a cruise and nobody came after half an hour so we just left very disappointed.”

”Amazing hotel would highly recommend for families. There’s so much to do- 2 pools, lazy rivers, hot tub, water slide and more. They also have a bowling alley and arcade on site. Our building was right next to Volcano Bay and they have a special entry for hotel guests which was a plus. Already planning my next stay!”

”Clean, comfortable was not a new hotel but it was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast nice safe neighborhood.”

”Location was not in down town. Nothing avaible near by, only 7 Eleven. Free shuttle service was available very limited time daily. Breakfast options were poor, very limited options for glutein free. Restarant wasn't real restaurant. Gym was ok. Overall hotel description was incorrect.”

”Very clean accommodations. Check in is 3:00. It was way after that before our room was available. Just an FYI.”
