Hyvä sijainti parasta
Loistosijainti! Siisti hotelli, viihtyisä. Hyvä parkkihalli hotellin alla, edillinen ja vartioitu. Sänky ja tyyny tosi kovat, epämukava nukkua. Aamupalalle iso miinus; lisämaksusta sai Vapuanon tlihintaisen huonon aamiaisen, en suosittele.

Hieno ja tyylikäs hotelli Lvivin keskustassa
uusi hotelli Lvivin historiallisessa keskustassa lähellä prospekt Svobody-katua. Lähellä oli suuret pääasiäismarkkinat sekä vanha kaupunki. Hotellin luona baareja, kahviloita ja ruokapaikkoja, hyät bussi- ja ratikka- ja johdinautoyhteydet keskustan ulkopuolelle lähellä. Junalippujen lippukassa melkein viereisessä talossa. Keskustassa kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä. lähellä halpa ruokalatyyppine Pushata hata.Ainoa puute on että koko keskustassa ei ole yhtään isompaa ruokasupermarkettia. Keskustan ulkopuolella mm. Ashan ja Metro cash and Carry joihin pääsee julkisilla. Hotellin ympäristö kaunista ja aika siistiä. Itse hotelli on huippuhyvä, siisti, sisäpuolelta hyvin moderni ja kauniisti sisustettu. Huoneessa oli pieni parveke ja kaunis näkymä kattojen yli. Erittäin rauhallinen hotelli, ei kuulunut mölinää ulkoa eikä sisältä. ystävällinen ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta (Ukraina, venäjä, englanti ainakin). Suuri huone, hyvä sänky ja tv jossa runsaasti ukrainalaisia kanavia ja ulkomaalaisia kanavia (ei yhtään venäjän kanavaa...). Huoneessa vedenkeitin, teetä ja pikakahvia, mikä plussaa. Emme kokeilleet hotellin aamupalaa, mutta se olisi viereisessä italialaisessa ravintolassa. Ilmainen langaton netti myös huoneissa. Kassakaappi/ talletuslokero (koodillinen). Aulassa vesiautomaatti. Huoneissa hyvä siivous. Ylivoimaisesti paras hotelli missä olen ikinä Ukrainassa ollut ja hintakin oli kohdallaan.

Gutes, ruhiges Hotel mit Parkgarage in Stadtmitte
Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und verfügt über eine Eigene Tiefgarage. Ich war mit Filmcrew unterwegs, und wir sind sicher, dass wir das nächste Mal wieder dieses Hotel wählen werden!

Perfect location
The hotel is very clean. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and and helpful in giving advice and booking taxis etc. The hotel is attached to a Japanese restaurant where breakfast was served. The breakfast was adequate but not as good as i would expect for a quality hotel. Although we ate at 9am and breakfast was till 11am many dishes were nor refilled. The level of service in the restaurant was poor. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions but not on a main road so quieter. I would definitely stay again but not with breakfast included

Прекрасный отель-в центре, но тихо. Хороший просторный номер( junior suite) на 3х человек. Очень чисто, вежливый персонал. В следующий раз обязательно сюда вернёмся.

The Rius is a modern hotel in downtown Lviv, which makes it almost unique among the older historic buildings. The room we stayed in was fine with a modern bathroom but the room heating was out of control. It was so hot we left the balcony door open all night to cool the room (it was below freezing outside). The hot water radiator was turned off, the air conditioning was turned off and yet the room was like a sauna - the promised visit by a staff member never eventuated so we just put up with it for one night and then left. The hotel breakfast was free but you need to check the fine print. You’re allowed to spend 175UAH which gives you granola or yoghurt, followed by eggs any style (although scrambled is special order) and two drinks - coffee and juice. Although there is a coffee machine, only espresso and americano is available - no cappuccino or latte. The juice is from a bottle. The good things are that the hotel has working elevators, the reception staff are friendly, there is underground parking ( a true rarity in Lviv) and the location is great. But the hothouse room and attitude of breakfast staff and lack of coffee options mean we’re unlikely to return.

First, I would like to appreciate a mentioning about our breakfast and situation with the bathroom! According to the rules of using conditional system - it should to be off during cold time. If you need fresh air in the late autumn and winter time - just use the window. Its really pity about this situation, in case of any questions you shpuld asked the hotel stuff. They always are able to help the guest. At the same time, its a pity you don’t like the restaurant system. Trust us we would tried to do everything possible to fulfill your needs and try to achieve the highest standards of service. Honestly speaking, we are surprised to read your comment regarding our staff since our guests are the most valuable priority for us and we always strive to provide them with the best personal care possible. Once again, we do appreciate you taking the time to share this experience and sincerely hope we would have a chance to welcome you back in the nearest future. Warm wishes,
