”Lovely pub and very nice room looking over the water and the nearby marina with a big comfortable bed and beautiful spacious bathroom. All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. ”The room was clean, pleasant and windows you could open! The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our small evening snack, breakfast and lunch dishes. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and sauna. They don't have a jacuzzi but a refreshing jacuzzi type cool pool to use after the sauna. We loved the calm and Monet-esque gardens and look forward to our next visit when the outdoor pool and flowers are out. ”

”Great except for one thing - they were closed from 3 to 5 in the afternoon with no way of getting a key to our room. It would be useful if they could devise a system so that keys are available in this critical time in the afternoon so that people can gain access to their room and relax before the facilities open at 5 PM. Other than the above, all was excellent. ”

”Daisybank cottage is a must for anyone looking to stay in the New Forest. The room was perfect - spacious, spotless and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lovely touches in the room and so thoughtful. Great breakfast and friendly welcome. Its perfect for various walks without the car to get to start points, and close to pubs and eateries nearby. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”

”Room: 😃 excellent cleanliness, dramatic scenic view, well designed and kept, bigger size than usual (specially the bathroom), unique features - The double shower…wonderful - the noise of the sea from inside the room…very relaxing. 😐 no toothbrush and paste provided, which based on my experience, typically hotels do. Although the noise of the sea from inside the room (door closed) can be relaxing, it can also give you trouble to sleep if you are noise sensitive - note when we have been there...
