”Front desk staff were polite, courteous, polite and friendly. The room was nice and clean. It does need some upgrades to the bathroom and a few other things in the rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!”

”Breakfast was European style ..$18 per and coffee was $2.50+ per cup. We opted for Silver diner and received service and free refills for the same cost. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.”

”The breakfast was great each morning! My favorite was the smoked breakfast sausage and that my kid could create her own chocolate chip waffles. The gym was sufficient for my needs, and I would have given the amenities five stars but the pool and hot tub were being renovated and weren’t available for use during my stay. Otherwise, this is a great option!”

”Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. They have no pool but a beautiful outside seating area. They also have a private cinema with Apple TV. 2 things I didn’t like were parking… valet parking is $44 per night. We paid for the first night but realized we could actually get street parking so that’s what he did for the rest of our stay which was free. Other thing was there was no bell man to help with our luggages. Overall a 8.5/10 stay”

”Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends.”

”A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...
