We had two birthdays among the group and the thoughtful hotel staff not just helped to order in cakes, one for gal, one for guy but went the extra mile to prepare party hats and utensils!”

One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites.
