”My family of four really enjoyed the house. The location to the park and town center were very convenient. Easy walking distance to both. The traditional home had a nostalgic feel while having all the modern amenities of a newer home. (Including very nicely updated bathrooms)The back yard and gardens were amazing. We made fires in the cosy little mini cottage. Nice way to end the evening. If you have a family or group, I highy recommend this place vs a hotel.”

”Das mitten in Wiesen gelegene Haus ist neu renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Am Morgen erwachten wir mit Vogelgezwitscher. Hinter dem Haus konnten wir Fasane beobachten. Über den Anfahrtsweg zum Haus hoppelten Kaninchen. Das Kaminfeuer brannte bei unserem Eintreffen schon. Die sehr freundlichen Besitzer, die ca. 300 m entfernt wohnen, haben uns mit Milch und Eiern von glücklichen Hühnern versorgt. Gerne zeigten sie uns ihren Bauernhof mit Rindern und Schafen, Enten und Hühnern, einem...

His mother met us at the property when we arrived to show us around, and she made fresh scones for us as well. This is in a great location that's quiet but also not far from sites. ”We loved this vrbo, it was an authentic Irish cottage. Communication with the host and the local people who help take care of the cottage was great. Timmy the groundskeeper was extremely helpful upon our arrival at the location. Very spaceous, with a large fireplace, full kitchen, washer, dryer. Lots of history and photos of the cottage over the years. Central to Killarney and Dingle. Our favourite!!!”

”Das Haus liegt in einer einzigartigen Traumlage mit Blick auf die Bucht von Kenmare und das gegenüberliegende Ufer. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern gebaut. Es bietet mit seinen großen Fenstern nicht nur einen besonderen Ausblick auf das Wasser, sondern auch viel Tageslicht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir bald einmal wieder kommen können. Vielen Dank an Liam, dass er ein so seltenes Objekt vermietet!”

”Bar Cillatah was is a wonderful house in a beautiful setting. The house was clean, comfortable and close to the lovely town of Kenmare. Views from the house are amazing. We were able to do day trips from there such as The Ring of Kerry and Kinsale. Jer was an attentive host. We definitely recommend Bar Cillatah!”

”The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay.”

”We booked this property because of the space and amenities within it, thinking that it would be a good home base to go to Killarney and Dingle and the surrounding areas. What we didn't know is that the little town of Castlemaine has a fun life of it's very own and if you go to Griffin's (a 1-2 minute walk!) for dinner and move to the bar for drinks afterwards, you will have a fantastic time! The property itself is VERY comfortable, spacious and fun. It's so hard to find queen-sized beds, and...
