”Staff was amazing, beds were super comfortable, great breakfast. Very much enjoyed the beautiful front porch. Ferry personnel did not come in time for our luggage to be brought to the boat, so staff at Metivier Inn brought it themselves. Very impressed with how they went out of their way so things went smoothly for us.”

”Very clean room, helpful staff who took great care of our luggage…it was so convenient to have our bag shipped ahead on the ferry, so we could check out in the morning and enjoy the island for the day without lugging it around. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only down side was being able to hear all the dock and ferry noise on the waterfront side, but it was minimal. There were no vending machines, so I did have to venture out after business hours to search out a soda....

”We really like this hotel, it's in the heart of downtown Mackinac Island, so it was the perfect place to regroup between biking around the island, shopping or going out to eat. Our view wasn't the greatest, as we had a room that looked out over an alley and nearby houses, but we weren't in the room that much that it made a big difference. The price was reasonable which was an added bonus. ”
