”No remote, no soap, no waste baskets, no coffee in AM. Under construction. Really a mess”

”Took my parents to the UP for the first time and they loved their room! Bed was extremely comfortable, everything was super well cleaned, and the location of the motel is perfect for people wanting to go to Mackinaw Island and come back on the same day. I’ll stay here again in a heart beat.”

”I rented an Accessible Room, I am a Bilateral AKA traveler. There was a shower but the hand held shower head I could not reach if I could have used the bathroom! No wall fold down chair or shower removable chair. When questioned staff they stated that they meet ADA requirements! Yet they have violated every clause of ADA, false advertising. I could not use there breakfast amenities due to no room for someone in a wheelchair or for that matter a walker would not get through their facilities! If...

”The rooms are so small the door wouldn’t open all the way in one bedroom and the other bedroom the are between wall and bed was narrower than my tennis shoe on both sides. The lamp flicked(not in a romantic way) because of exposed wires! The light did not work in the shower so it was dark! I did enjoy the price and outdoor hot tub and found the staff nice but wouldn’t recommend or go again.”

”First of all Eric at the desk was exceedingly patient with multiple guests. He was also helpful explaining where to park and where things were. Layout is a little strange, it could definitely use updating, but our room was very clean, comfortable, safe We would absolutely stay again sometime”
