”Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huoneeni oli siisti ja rauhallinen. Sijainti oli aika kaukana keskustasta.”

”Not Nice place”

”I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was...

”Although an older hotel, you can see the commitment to experience for the guests. The food was very good. The rooms were good, I was in an older room. Although I had a great view of the outdoor space, the lighting was dim, and space was a little dated. Colleagues on the other side of the hall had updated rooms (closets, lighting, bathrooms). I was comfortable, felt safe, and was fortunate to enjoy the outdoor space, the food, and the excellent service from the team members. Would recommend...

”The breakfast was too expensive and it should come with the room for the price I pay the staff was very helpful and I like where it situated everything you need is right around”

”Good for the price and good location. Nothing to complain.”

”This property is very well maintained. The room was lovely. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the location as it is away from the city and surrounded by tropical birds and plants. The property is not a close walk to downtown. We took taxis, which we enjoyed, because the cabbies were friendly and gave us explanations of what we were passing. It is close to the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Zoo, which we enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Port of Spain.”

”24 HOUR SECURITY, TO ME EVERY THING IS ON POINT, THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL, THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN, GO AROUND THE CORNER YOU CAN EAT, HAM, LAMB, JAM.TAKE IN A LITTLE STEEL PAN SILVER STARS STEEL ORCHESTRA IS ON THE AVENUE, MOST OF ALL THE PRICE IS RIGHT, ITS IN EXPENSIVE”

”We loved the location.”

”There is a need for the following: - A place for females to put their makeup - Carpet on the floor because the tiles are slippery - Cooking utensils”

”The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional”

”Great”

”If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.”

”This property is AMAZING! It is spotless, conveniently located and the owner has used her own travel experiences to anticipate what a traveler may need while staying at her property. The home is beautifully decorated, extremely well maintained. The neighbors are all friendly and helpful & the owner is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. We HIGHLY recommend this property. We are definitely planning to be repeat customers. Top level accommodations and host accountability at a...

”I did not stay one night at this property. This is a 'drive thru' motel at best. I need a full refund. ”
