”Mantra Portsea is nicely decorated apartment hotel within walking distance from the center. The service level is good otherwise, but the rooms are only cleaned once a week. We stayed for 4 days so this was sufficient. You can get clean towels if you like. The breakfast was good. However during my stay I washed some clothes and they were damaged because the clotheshorse in the balcony was rusted. The hotel agreed to compensate the clothes after the housekeeping was unable to remove the stains....

”Absolutely loved our stay in the swimout apartment. Perfect spot, kids had a ball. The pool is fantastic. The welcome email from the owners was thorough and comprehensive, even gave great suggestions as to what to see and do as well as restaurant recommendations. This is definitely on our list to come back too. Only very minor issue was the sliding doors were very heavy to use onto the outdoor area but the humidity contributed to this as they stuck with the heat and moisture. Thanks”
