”The staff was wonderful so nice and helpful... The place was clean for the most part.. My main issue was hot water you had to run the water for almost 15 minutes before it turned hot thats not good and the air conditioner in our room was not working correctly we were hot all night no sleep..”

”We really enjoy our stay. Kathy and Eddie were so kind. We had everything we need to be just relax during our weekend. The beach is just across the street and the owners offer the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc. A lot the places to eat and enjoy drinks around the area. We also had a barbecue using the grill the property has. I could recommend everyone Madeira beach and specialty this property.”

”We stayed in this lovely unit with a beautiful view of the marina for 3nt. We crossed the street to the beach and it was big, just a few people & was gorgeous! Check-in was easy, staff were kind & the unit was comfortable. Kristin was quick to respond and we had no issues. We would recommend this to anyone looking for lodging on St Pete’s. And don’t miss Doc Fords on Bay Pines Blvd in St Petersburg, it quickly became our favorite place to eat!”

”Great location, well-equipped, well-decorated, great views from the balcony, absolutely loved the unit. Communication was excellent. Parking was difficult to manage with more than one vehicle, but there is paid parking next door. The building elevators were slow and often busy, but still manageable.”
