Rauhallinen kuntoloma
Vastaanotossa tarjottiin alussa väärää huoneistoa. Ravintoloissa palvelu oli ystävällistä ja ruoka erinomaista. Kulkureitti uimaltaalle ja saunatiloihin hankala, baarin tai ulkoterassin kautta. Saunatilojen siisteydessä toivomisen varaa. Ei aivan viiden tähden tasoa. Iltaesitykset liian aikaisin erikoisravintoloiden toisen kattauksen aikaan.

Ihan mahtava loma
Loistava hotelli. Ihana, mitä hyväntuulisin, iloisin ja nopein palvelu. Erinomaisen herkullista ja monipuolista ruoka- ja juomatarjoilua ympäri vuorokauden. Sauna, kylpylä, sisä- ja ulkouima-allas mahdollistivat lapsille mainion uintiloman ja aikuisille rentotumista. Mereenkin pääsi hotellin edestä. Salitreeni oli mahdollista ja ohjatut liikunnat olivat hauskoja ja vesijumppa oli tehokastakin. Henkilökunta auttoi auliisti myös retkien järjestämisessä ja pakkasi jopa retkieväät mukaan. Hotelli oli profiloitunut iäkkäämpien ihmisten palveluun mikä näkyi hotellin iltaohjelmassa. Mutta ajattelepa miten rauhallista hotellissa oli nukkua kun kaikki muutkin menivät varhain yöpuulle. Ihanan rauhallista. Tilaa oli jokapuolella paljon, huoneessa, auloissa, altaalla, ravintoloissa, baareissa vaikka hotelli lienee ollut täynnä. Ihan mahtava loma. Kyllä allinclusive on juuri parasta kun matkaseurueessa on monen ikäisiä, joilla nälkä ja jano on ihan eri aikoina. Eikä lainkaan tarvitse miettiä eikä neuvotella siitä, milloin ja mihin seuraavaksi mentäisiin syömään. Suuret kiitokset! Loistava hotelli. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Great dining options very good for gluten free. fabulous service and very, very clean. Great pool and poolside bar cafe. Entertainment was good rooms comfortable with good pillow options. Plenty of English language TV. Only down side was no steam room which was something we missed.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist top und die Küche ist hervorragend! Wir hatten All inklusive gebucht und wurden den ganzen Tag mit einer hervorragenden Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken versorgt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Lage des Hotels an der Strandpromenade ist perfekt.

Staff called Phillip called up a day latter. Saying i havent pid the hotel on arrival. When obviously i had paid in full. Was a real shock and i was furious. It was not a good start to my holiday. Staff from the restaurant were brilliant and courteous.

Die Terassentür war verbogen und konnte nicht richtig verschlossen werden. Das Essen war sehr eintönig. Unverschämt dand ich dass immer nur ein Themenrestaurant auf hatte und dann 2 oder 3 Tage in dem in Folge das selbe Menue serviert wurde. Damit war man auf das mittelmässige Buffet angewiesen

Mucha decepción..las instalaciones son de un 4 estrellas pero el trato deja mucho que desear, entrabamos en el comedor y la gente estaba medio desnuda y nadie le decia nada. Los camareros y camareras muy desagradables. El secador de la habitación era hipermini, l@s de la limpieza entraban en la habitacion y te echaban para limpiar sin importar la hora o lo que estuvieses haciendo, tenemos clarisimo que no volveremos, hemos estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas muchisimo mejor. Por otro lado la comida era malisima, nada variada y nos ponian las sobras del mediodía a la noche. Un despercicio de dinero, pagas por ir a un hotel bueno y te encuentras con una gran decepción...

All personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Dinis at the Piano Bar was extremely helpful, friendly and a great bartender. Our favorite part was the falcon handler who kept the pigeons away from the outside eating area. Property is updated and beautiful! This was our first trip to Madeira, but definitely not the last!

TOP HOTEL
Great hotel, with excellent service. We felt great in the hotel. Nice pools, good food, service. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room which was right above the restaurant on the 2nd level [not very comfortable]. We asked to change and got a room on the 6th floor with an ocean view and a large terrace. We recommend the hotel for a holiday stay.

My kids loved swimming pool, loads activities for kids, me and my wife liked dining options 4 different restaurants and all inclusive. Location very good 5min walk to ocean, loads shops and restaurants around.
