”Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!”

It had all I usually miss in other hotels: plenty and good lighting in the bathroom (frontal and not from the top), enough hooks for all the towels and wardrobe, power sockets for phone chargers (incl. integrated USB and USB-C sockets by the night stands). ”What a lovely staff and excellent location really close to city centre and a metro station. Very quiet except for the other guests which you can hear everything through thin walls (including when they snore or cough or use the toilet) so bring earplugs.
