The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as dishes and all necessary kitchenware to make you feel right at home.

The studio is designed to offer maximum comfort during your stay, with heating for the colder months, air conditioning for the warmer ones, and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected at all times. Bed linens and towels are included, along with shower gel, shampoo, and a welcome cleaning kit.

HOW TO GET THERE
From Madrid-Barajas Airport:

By Taxi: A flat rate of €33 offers a direct and comfortable ride.

By Metro: Take Line 8 from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to Line 10 to Tribunal, and from there, it’s just a short walk to the studio.

From Atocha Train Station:

By Metro: Take Line 1 from Atochato Tribunal. The studio is a few minutes' walk from the station.

From Chamartín Train Station:

By Metro: Take Line 10 to Tribunal. From there, it's just a short walk to the studio.

By Car: If you’re driving, you can park in one of the nearby parking lots such as those on Calle Hilarión Eslava 28 or Calle Meléndez Valdés 28. We recommend checking the Madrid City Council website for information on environmental restrictions and parking zones.

TO CONSIDER

Baby cotsare available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host in advance.

Guests must present a valid ID and credit cardupon check-in.

Parties and similar events are not allowedin this accommodation.

A smartphone with internet access is requiredto access the apartment.

A seasonal rental agreement must be signedby the guest. This contract will reflect the original terms of your reservation and specify the rental period. It will state that the rental is not for permanent residence, and must include the guest’s official home address and the reason for the rental.
