I liked everything about the property, the room was a bit outdated but everything was functional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay in it again.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr großer Terrasse. Im Bad war alles verfügbar inkl. Rainshower😁. Das Bett war ideal, nicht zu hart oder zu weich. Sehr freundliches Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum, diese ist jedoch mit Taxi, Uber und co. kein Problem. Wir hatten in der Nähe des Hotels einen 2-Tage Veranstaltung, somit ganz geschickt. Fühstück war auch gut. Service ebenfalls. Von unserer Seite empfehlenswert.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is not central, but it was perfect for our short trip to Madrid, with easy access to the airport. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, however, one staff member at breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Despite this, the breakfast buffet itself offered a good variety.

This is a nice hotel away from the center but close to Metro station but they have a misleading payment policy that Expedia should be aware of and list it when booking, I reserved a room to be paid upon arrival but they charged my credit card without my authorization 2 weeks before arrival when the free cancelation selected option expired, what concerned me is that they never provided a receipt and the room still appear as unpaid in Expedia, I contacted the Hotel requesting the payment receipt but they never answered me, Expedia customer support was useless asking me for a screenshot of the processed payment when they should know bank and credit card apps restrict screenshot, I'm an Expedia Gold Member and travel to Europe frequently so this is the first hotel I encountered this payment issue, very disappointed in Expedia customer support as a VIP member so I won't be returning to this hotel due to this billing issue...

I had a dog food bowl filled with food and other dog materials even though I dont have a dog. Unsure if that was intentional. Other than that it was a nice stay and friendly staff.

Experiência ruim
Nos hospedamos do dia 17 a 21 de fevereiro de 2024. O quarto do hotel é bom, mas também só isso. O atendimento não é bom, não fazem questão de ajudar, não tem nada perto do hotel para comer, tipo lanchonetes ou restaurantes. Tem apenas um supermercado chamado Alcampo que fica 10 minutos a pé. Tem metrô também 10 minutos do hotel. Para turismo é um péssimo lugar pois fica longe de tudo e não tem nenhum tipo de suporte do hotel. Pedimos 3 copos que quase não chegaram. Não voltarei a me hospedar lá!

Front desk was nice to upgrade our room for a nominal charge. We were visiting from the USA and most of the staff spoke only Spanish. For this reason, we were ignored, at the restaurant. No English channels to watch on TV. Bathroom is outdated. Otherwise, our overall stay was good.

Ficamos apenas uma noite. Ótima localização para quem tem que ir à estação Chamartín. Atendimento cordial, hotel muito bonito e limpo. Quarto confortável. Não conseguimos ajustar a temperatura, então mesmo sendo inverno, passamos muito calor no quarto. Silencioso. Gostei dos carpetes no corredor, para evitar maiores ruídos. Café da manhã bom e sortido. Pudemos aproveitar ainda a academia (com adaptações é possível se exercitar - sugestão: roldana) e o restaurante à noite, cuja comida era muito boa e com preço razoável.

Hotel que para ser de 4 estrellas 🌟 no tiene en la Hab amenities que vayan con su categoría. Solamente 1 jaboncito de hotel y el gel de ducha 3 en 1 (gel, champú, acondicionador). Escases de enchufes en la Hab. No hay teléfono de emergencia en el baño. Por otra parte: muy buen desayuno en mesa buffet. Atención del personal muy buena. Isabel en recepción y trabajadores del desayuno.
