I did not receive check-in information in time to stay at the facility because Expedia did not give MAD Rooms my email. Moreover, Expedia failed to provide me with contact information to communicate with the facility. There was no contact by WhatsApp until after my departure, so I was forced to make other overnight accommodations, and lost the money paid for the night at MAD Rooms. I will not use Expedia again.
