”Everything was great”

”As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

”I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!”

”A great trip, taking in the snooker tournament. Straightforward booking and everything as expected. Great location and friendly hosts.”

”Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite....

”I felt I was in an Agatha Christie story for the whole stay! We felt very welcome all the time, and the atmosphere was excellent. Ian offered us warm and friendly service throughout the stay. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We wish to come again, hopefully during the summer season! ”

”We had a lovely stay, breakfast was amazing!! The only thing we can fault is the bed, it was so hard and uncomfortable that we felt bruised and battered the next morning! Would of definitely stayed another night if it hadn’t of been so uncomfortable as the weather picked up on the day we were leaving ”

”We went to this hotel for a wind down and get away from it all. We didn't use the spa, but we didn't need to. From the moment we arrived we left everything going on back home behind bus, and have returned today totally refreshed and ready to go again!”

The complimentary in room refreshments where also quite decent, The room itself was fairly modern the beds where comfortable too, we didn't try the food but the dining room and toilets downstairs where very modern and refined, if say the only downside was the actual in room toilets as they weren't as modern also no smart TV if your hoping for one of those.”

”The hotel was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.”

”Tatty and in poor condition, awful place. We checked into room 210 this weekend, the shower does not work, just the bath taps. Bathroom dated and very tatty. Bedroom the same, cracked paint, unsafe electrical switches, one mug for 2 people to share. A truly awful place. ”
