”A great trip, taking in the snooker tournament. Straightforward booking and everything as expected. Great location and friendly hosts.”

”As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

”I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!”

”We had a lovely stay, breakfast was amazing!! The only thing we can fault is the bed, it was so hard and uncomfortable that we felt bruised and battered the next morning! The complimentary in room refreshments where also quite decent, The room itself was fairly modern the beds where comfortable too, we didn't try the food but the dining room and toilets downstairs where very modern and refined, if say the only downside was the actual in room toilets as they weren't as modern also no smart TV if your hoping for one of those.”

”This was a modern, professionally run hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location a 10 min walk into town but the Craig y Don atea has lovely places to eat and drink. We fad a gorgeous meal in the hotel. Would definitely stay again. ”

”We were too late for breakfast! We went for a swim. The hotel was really scruffy. We were not informed that it was necessary to book dinner before 5.00 p.m. The steps outside were filthy. We were not allowed to have the room key untilil we given the c.c. number. Our stay was unpleasant. ”

”Tatty and in poor condition, awful place. We checked into room 210 this weekend, the shower does not work, just the bath taps. Bathroom dated and very tatty. Bedroom the same, cracked paint, unsafe electrical switches, one mug for 2 people to share. A truly awful place. ”
