”Really impressed with Silkari Reflections! Great location walking distance to centre of town and 4 mile beach is a few steps away. The pool area could do with a bit of TLC but the apartment was well equipped and great size for a family. Kitchen has everything you could need. Communication in the lead up to check in was great. Special thanks to Emma and Crystal for organising the room to be ready for an early checkin- this made a trip so much easier with a toddler. ”
”A nice clean room with a comfortable bed. The tub was heaveanly after a long day of trekking around daintree and cape tribulation. Tv had a great selection of channels. Plus for having a toaster in the room in addition to the fridge and water heater. After hours service was fast and helpful, both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The only downside would be that there's no free wifi.”
”Mantra Portsea is nicely decorated apartment hotel within walking distance from the center. The service level is good otherwise, but the rooms are only cleaned once a week. We stayed for 4 days so this was sufficient. You can get clean towels if you like. The breakfast was good. However during my stay I washed some clothes and they were damaged because the clotheshorse in the balcony was rusted. The hotel agreed to compensate the clothes after the housekeeping was unable to remove the stains....

Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! ”
