”Location was good. Hotel clean. We had several shuttle delays more than 1/2 hour wait time, Some front desk staff always on their cell phones. Breakfast good and area kept clean.”

”Very clean and modern.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Value was good for what we paid.. I'm only disappointed with the claim that this was a premium king bed "suite" that I chose. Go to Candlewood suites or Residence Inn and you'll find separate living, bed, and kitchen areas, regardless of size or walls. Kitchen amenities always include full refrigerator, cook stove, dishes and utensils. All we got here was a 20 inch wide slot in the wall with a tiny microwave and tiny refrigerator...

”Room was decent for the price. Staff was very nice, A/C was great but so sketchy. I had little sleep. The neighbors up/down either were fighting for two days or violently partying. I stayed for 3 day's and i only gut sleep my last day. I still was woken uo ONLY a couple times my last day.”

”The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that.”

”Overall, this was a decent stay. The hotel itself was clean, and check-in was smooth, which made arrival easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially when we realized the TV in our original guest room was broken. They moved us to another room down the hall pretty quickly, and I appreciated how easily they handled it. ”Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done.”

”Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. ”

”My biggest complaint was that the hotel advertises for 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. We were hoping to get there to meet a large group by 2:45 am. however they break from 2 to 3:15 am.”

”To begin with, the property gave the appearance of being tired and worn out. The property isn’t exactly an “hotel”, but a converted “motel”, with all the rooms we saw having exterior doorways and entrances. Our room, in particular, had no soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers. My wife had to use shampoo left over from a previous hotel visit. The room was dark and very uninviting, with numerous places on the walls where paint had been chipped off through normal wear and tear of past...

”Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. ”
