”The stay was just OK. The pool wasn’t very clean. It had a lot of bugs and it wasn’t cleaned every day. The food you had to pay for it and the variety wasn’t well. They also gave us a raw French toast alongside that the hotel hallway and elevator had a strange smell. During our entire stay there we never got our room cleaned, even though we had the sign on for them to clean it. It took us approximately an hour to receive an extra pillow and cover along with towels. We had to sit all of our trash...

”We booked this hotel late in the evening after a day of delayed flights and our original accommodations elsewhere were bust. The staff was wonderful. Lobby, hallways, vending area, elevators etc were all very well lit, organized and inviting. Room was clean and the bed and linens were extremely comfy. ”Red Roof Inn was disappointing...which can explain the very reasonable rate. I was injured with a bad ankle...no one asked if they may assist me. The closest elevator was not working...so I had to hobble with my luggage to the far side elevator, which thankfully worked. My rooms TV did not work, and toilet would not flush...had to fix it. The hotel was run down...the staff were not supportive of one who could hardly walk.”
