”Clean room felt very secure. Parking was convenient staff was helpful providing extra l parking for my plus 1. Enjoyed my stay would come back when visiting again. ”

”Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done.”

”Terrible they never cleaned my room and I have to go and ask for clean towels myself everyday also pools are not available. I ask for a refund on the second day and they said no refund after check in. Terrible breakfast too.”

”Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. ”

”Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. ”

”Very clean and modern.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Value was good for what we paid.. I'm only disappointed with the claim that this was a premium king bed "suite" that I chose. Go to Candlewood suites or Residence Inn and you'll find separate living, bed, and kitchen areas, regardless of size or walls. Kitchen amenities always include full refrigerator, cook stove, dishes and utensils. All we got here was a 20 inch wide slot in the wall with a tiny microwave and tiny refrigerator...

”Location was good. Hotel clean. We had several shuttle delays more than 1/2 hour wait time, Some front desk staff always on their cell phones. Breakfast good and area kept clean.”

”Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. ”

”The building is falling apart and carpets are literally pulling up…I almost tripped numerous times in the hallways over rolls of lifted carpet that is a major risk. There is no pool…in fact I had a terrible view of a broken down pool that was dirty and empty…disgusting…evidently there is no plan on having a pool built for guest use and the pool I had to stare at is part of a seperate health club that used to be included in the stay. Such a disappointing property and def not representative of a...

”The only dislike I have are the ice buckets have holes in it, the drinks in the machine is too expensive, and the floors in the hall way needed a lot of fixing.”
