”Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).”

”The property's permanent residents were rude and off putting towards hotel guests. Some stared and gawked, while others moved around with an air of entitlement and superiority in shared spaces. The Expedia listing showed that there was a pool but when we arrived, we were told that it was for residents only. Besides that, the room was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous, especially the wonderful ladies in the cafe, and the breakfast was better than expected. Probably wouldn't book again,...

”Room and property were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. The only thing was our room did not have a TV remote and the tv would not turn off with the button on the TV itself. Otherwise, everything was great!”

”Great stay overall. Only had a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived and we tend to not like housekeeping in our room during our stay so I needed to ask for more. Restaurant was slightly overpriced for the quality and service (only two people working the kitchen and waitstaff) but it was a decent meal. Also had a loud band group banging around the hallway with their equipment at about 10 pm when my family was trying to sleep but what are you gonna do? Overall would stay again for sure and...

Job materials scattered throughput the front lobby area. as well as the workers were using the luggage carts to carry their materials leaving one cart to bring in and out our luggage. Not to mention the cart had a flat tire. Along with that our shower leaked reported it to the front desk on Saturday morning as leaving t for a funeral.
