The room had a strong mildew odor the moment I walked in, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including around the bathroom and air vents. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable — stained linens, dirty floors, and obvious lack of proper maintenance.
What made the experience worse was the feeling that these issues were not new and had likely been ignored for a long time. No guest...
