”5階の改装された部屋に泊まりました。床や内装がおしゃれでとても快適でした。 10回目の利用でしたが、いつもスタッフが温かく迎えてくれます。ありがとうございました。”

”Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Location to airport is quite convenient but don't expect a quiet stay - and not just from the planes. Dogs barking, construction sounds. There was a misunderstanding about the shuttle. Pickup from the airport is free but there is a charge for the return to the airport. Restaurant was very pleasant and staff lovely. ”We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel..”

The restaurant at Shambaling offers a fantastic variety of tasty options. While everything I've tried has been delicious, my personal favorites are the incredible Chicken Chilli and the satisfying Himalayan Mutton Thali . The dining experience...
