”BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED!! Loeki was the most incredible hostess at this beautiful bed and breakfast. She thinks of every 5 star detail from mint water in the refrigerator to making the most delicious breakfasts including cappuccinos or hot herbal teas, fruit smoothies, delicious pancakes, french toast, omelettes, fresh delicious fruit breads, yogurt bowls with granola, and fresh fruit. Every breakfast was not only healthy abut also most generous in portion size. We skipped eating lunch...

”The property was very nice and cozy.
There were many nice beaches at a few minutes drive and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi also.
The staff were very nice to us and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

”Harsh review. Let´s break it down.
Room 4 p. Nice room (suite)
Food 1 p. Very little choises, more like school cafeteria or office building restaurant. Open air restaurant had a lot of agressive birds as nets were full of holes. Need more "bird officers" = cats.
Drinks 2 p. Some nice drinks but very limited choise.
Service 2 p. Most of stuff young kids, need more supervision
Cleaning 2,5 p. Room AC filter was clogged with dust. Area full of fallen leaves
Resort area 3,5 p. Area is nice,...

”Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. ”

”We had a garden apt. With outdoor kitchen and living space. This was excellent and very comfortable and useful. We cooked many meals, as we tend to do on vacation. Our 2nd bathroom did have a bad smell from the drain, which was unpleasant. We remedied that by keeping the window in the bathroom open and a towel at the botttom of the door, using the other bathroom 100% of the time. The bedroom was fine after that. The grounds and snorkeling were excellent.”

”The air conditioning & pool were excellent. We loved the jungle atmosphere, the friendly staff, and all of the animals on property. The complimentary breakfast is so nice while traveling and expenses are adding up quickly. ”

”This property is breathtaking.
From the moment you book you feel informed and prepared for the stay. The website (app) is very informative.
The check in process is seamless and the staff are quick to answer in person questions. My only negative was outside of office communication, emails / calls / chat functions lacked in responsiveness. ”
