”Excellent large well equipped room with large double bed - linen and room and bathroom were spotless. Ideal venue to take 'time out' after hectic Christmas and before flying out for a holiday. Reception, Spa and Housekeeping staff were efficient courtesy and friendly. Excellent stay excellent value for money.”

”We were checked in by a very polite and friendly young lady who gave us full information about the hotel
We spoke with her again later when a further family member checked in and she had allocated them and adjoining room - such a classy act as the other guest is around 80 years old

”What a great place to stay. We stayed for two nights as my son had eye surgery at a local hospital. The family room was perfect and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond especially when we brought my son back after surgery. They brought extra pillows and blankets for him and let us bring breakfast up to our room in the morning as any sort of daylight was extremely painful for my son’s eyes. ”An excellent stay from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again.”
