”We were surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a renovation. The property appeared old and run down, the main elevators weren't working or were very slow. You could not drink the water unless you are an elite member. The duvet was in between 2 thin sheets and not between an actual duvet cover. The room was clean however, which is the most important thing to me. The staff was also kind. It is also very busy with events (weddings, dance competition, etc.)”

I heard people walking in the room above me with the floor board/ceiling squecking. The breakfast "buffet" was a joke. After several minutes of trying , he phones his boss who was able to find my booking. Once I was given the room, it was several buildings down despite the entire hotel being empty.
