”The hotel, staff and breakfast were all excellent. The location is right on the port with many of the rooms, and balconies, overlooking th water and beautiful sunsets. A special call out to the staff who were incredibly supportive during a tsunami evacuation, going so far as making sure we got to the airport after the all clear. ”
”The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. The room had a balcony and hammock, overlooking the harbor and ocean. Daily housekeeping and fresh drinking water were provided. Breakfast was basic but adequate, as is typical of South American hotels. We had an afternoon ferry, so we had access to the pool, towels, and coffee and tea. There were two pools, and a pleasant garden.”

The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part.
