”Le personnel est très sympa et très serviable surtout Alan, et il cuisine vraiment bien. La douche est vraiment pas terrible, l'eau coule très très doucement et le lavabo le robinet n'ai pas trop fixer et la porte coulissante est vraiment bien abîmée donc très difficile de fermer la porte. ”

”3명이 싱글베드 4개 있는 가족실에 하루 머물렀어요. 선택한 이유는 벌레없고 깨끗하다는 평가 때문이었고 역시나 잘한 선택이었어요. 가족실에 있는 공용 욕실보다 1층에 있는 공용욕실이 훨씬 편하고 깨끗해 보였어요. 밤늦게 도착해서 체크인했는데 전혀 문제없었어요. 큰 단점은 문여닫는 소음과 도로변이라 차량소음이 문제입니다. 그럼에도 벌레걱정없이 잠들수 있어 만족합니다. 저에게는 조식은 삶은 계란과 토스트만 있어도 만족이고.. 재방문의사있어요~~”

”The three bedroom apartment was spacious, well furnished, with great views and had so much potential. Unfortunately, the furnishing was a bit gross. On checking in we also found dirty socks, used toothbrushes and half finished milk teas around the place. There were also cockroaches roaming the living room mattress, and we found stains on all the couches, the towels and the bed sheets. ”Guesthouse is very nice and and staff also very friendly. Shared bathrooms are clean adn pretty new ones. Location is good, only few minutes from China town, Central market and Pasar Seni metrostation. I would highly recommend this for backpackers.”

”Yövyimme tässä hotellissa yhteensä 6 yötä perhehuoneessa (2 makuuhuonetta ja keittiö). Huoneisto oli siisti, lakanat olivat puhtaita, makuuhuoneet sopivan kokoisia ja jääkaappi oli iso. Ilmastointi sekä wi-fi toimivat hyvin. Asiakaspalvelu oli hyvin ystävällistä. Saimme jopa jätettyä matkalaukkumme säilöön (ilmaiseksi) muutaman päivän ajaksi ja henkilökunta auttoi myös aina taksin hankkimisessa. Suihkusta saimme tulemaan valitettavasti vain kylmää vettä. Ainoa isompi murheemme olivat sisälle...

”Basic hostel in a great location. Stayed in 4 bed dorm. My only concern is room had an old style key and it was up to each person to lock the door behind them, if this didn’t happen the door stayed unlocked. The 8 bed dorm has an automatic locking door. ”

"Shangri-La is not located in the center of Kota Kinabalu but it is surrounded in the beautiful nature and worth staying. We had booked a nice room in the Ocean view part of the hotel. Restaurant called Oceano, had really good food and service and we ended up eating breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Food and staff lead by Charlie took very good care of us and made us feel really welcome. We did daily trips to the wells and canopy walk and if you wanted to stay in the resort you could do horse riding, swimming, walking in the beach etc. We do not play golf but there was a very good spa located in the golf club so we went to have treatment there. We simply had a very good time. We can recommend the resort to anybody who loves nature and good service!"

"GOOD THINGS: The whole experience was just a delight. We loved every second. Amazing pool. Welcoming staff. Beautiful room. Nice location. BAD THINGS: Check-in process was long. Breakfast line was also very long and we didn't go there. We went elsewhere."
