”This was a good clean hotel for the price. Inside of room in particular was modern n clean. The big issue for me was location. It is far from the city where I wanted to be (my mistake). However, if your activities are in the area, then this place is great value”

”The residence had all that we needed for four nights in KL, especially the washer/dryer was a great thing to have after a little over a week in Malaysia. Also liked the view from the bathroom. The location is good, although it takes a little walk to get to any shopping or restaurants. The swimming pool itself was good but the small number of lounge chairs by the pool was a big disappointment: there were only five of them and they were all partly in the shade all day long. ”Room was clean with a nice view of bay, great swimming pool overlooking bay. Great location right next to waterfront, market, shopping mall. Staff where all friendly during interaction. Can recommend staying here. Only small negative is the air conditioner was not great. But otherwise great stay, thanks. ”

”Staff, hotel smells of mold and sewer and let it rides. We had to force the staffs to go up to the room to admit the smell to proof that we did not make up to get refund. We had to suffer for four days with the smell. They said can not do anything about it ”

”It was neat and clean. Everything worked as intended. The beds and pillows were comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lobby is easily accessible and has a convenient entrance to the mall. Has a 7-11 near the lobby to get the amenities. Overall, a stress-free stay”
