”My family and I had a great 2 night day. The rental was spacious, clean and comfortable. We appreciated that the kitchen had basic staples like coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper. We appreciated the fan as well, as it was quite warm in Isle of Skye during our stay.”

”Really liked this place, a few minor blips, or would have given 5-star. GREAT location -- had a lodge on the water -- great views of the ocean! Had a hot tube which was enjoyed after long hikes. Restaurant had great food and drink. It was kind of setup as a hotel and then out lodges, which gave it a kind of camp ground feel. Our lodge had a kitchenette in it with a washer-dryer combo -- so if you want to do laundry and pack lighter -- great option. The view here off our deck was awesome...

”What a find! This little hoos on a loch with a hot tub was cosy and perfect as a base for our Glencoe hikes. We had evening and morning hot tubs and loved watching the weather come over. The restaurant next door was excellent and the hosts helpful and friendly. Was hard to leave!”

”The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. Frances suggested two places for dinner, and they were both really good. She also gave us tips about the hike we wanted to do and recommended a place for lunch afterwards. It’s a beautiful area. If you go, walk down the road to the lake.”

”Lovely host who was very accommodating. We arrived late and only stayed one night. Not sure if fans are available but even with the heat turned off, it was a bit warm. Very clean, nice house that was as advertised.”

”What a fantastic house, with amazing views straight over to Ben Nevis and the Aonachs! Easy to find, a really roomy house with excellent facilities - all rooms ensuite, comfortable beds, nice and warm with a lovely fire, a very well-equipped kitchen and super hot tub. Plenty of parking and room for all our outdoors kit. Very helpful owner with quick responses to texted questions. An easy drive to Banavie / Fort William or cycle along the Caledonian Canal.Thanks very much - I hope we'll be back!”
