Upea vasta remontoitu hotelli lähellä rantaa.
Hotellissa kaikki oli uutta ja puhdasta. Altaat olivat pienehköjä mutta aivan riittäviä vilvoitteluun auringonoton jälkeen. Ruoka oli hyvää ja valinnan vaihtoehtoja löytyi, upeat jälkiruuat. Huoneessa oli ihana tilava kylppäri, muuten huone oli suhteelisen pieni mutta niinpä ne useimmiten muissakin hotelleissa ovat. Ainoa miinus oli maksullinen wifi, mutta sekin oli edullisempi kuin mitä ennakkotiedoissa oli. Respan henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja osasivat hyvin englantia.

Wouldn´t visit again..
Pool is tiny and in a place where sun never shines. Rooms are not dirty but for example towels and sheets had holes. Shower didn´t stay on place when you turned the water on. Room also stinks of mold. View from hotel is direct to buildings which are not nice. On the plus side its close to the beach and the staff was helpful.

Sea view room was far too small with no room either side of the bed. Room smelt of sewerage and reception confirmed that some rooms had the problem because of recent rain. Reception brought a bottle of bathroom cleaner and sprayed in the shower and said to keep the window open. We moved room and issues resolved.

Der CheckIn war super schnell und einfach und auch das Personal ist sehr nett. Vor allem sind die Poolanlagen sehr schön und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. An den Poolbereichen stehen allerdings nicht genug Liegen für alle Gäste, was etwas schade ist.

Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück auch echt gut, ich empfehle, ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu buchen (Meerblick) da gibt’s Liegen und man kann sich ungestört sonnen (der Platz auf der Sonnenterrasse ist sehr begrenzt)

We checked in around 1PM tired from our flight, we went up to the room and the keys didn’t work, a housekeeper opened the door for us. We were given a small room with two beds together. We were 3. Air conditioner did not work. We took a nap for 5 hours and decided to come back downstairs and ask about the keys, the AC and the possibility to upgrade, since the room was small. The receptionist couldn’t find me by my room #. So I panicked and suggested him to look me up by last name. We were given the wrong room and they told us that the air conditioner is turned off by management and that on Monday (the next day) they will have a meeting about it and see if they can turn it on. They refused to upgrade us for the inconvenience and was told to come back tomorrow and speak To management, but we were given a bottle sparkling drink, valued at 4.45 euros. Upon check out, we spoke to them about our concerns again and was told we need to pay for late check out anyways, 20 Euros. There is no parking and their answer Was always “it’s just how it is here” The guys at the bar were great, besides them this hotel has nothing impressive, hospitality and the willingness to help was none existent to these employees.

No customer service
The room I was allocated was no more than a storage room with a shower. I paid €300 for 3 nights. I complained at reception shortly after check in & was told there was nothing they could do that night. I went back at 8am before breakfast and was basically told ‘not our problem, contact hotels.com’ the receptionist was borderline rude. They still insisted that they didn’t have another room to move me to do I requested a refund. After over an hour on the phone to hotels.com & then trying to contact the hotel (the phone was literally ringing as I was stood there & I was telling them it’s hotels.com) they didn’t bother to answer it. I eventually got to downs to a manager after 11am who stood there & said nothing. No apology from him or the receptionist, just a blank face. He eventually agreed to refund 2 nights instead of the 3 I paid for. I’ve never been to this side of the island before & I’ve got to say it tainted my love for Majorca. I visited 3 times last year & 3 times this year, I’ve never known such horrible customer service, rude and no empathy whatsoever. I’ll stick to my usual resort in the future! Single bed facing a door, no balcony just a window where there was no privacy as private flats were facing. NOT worth €100 per night! It was basically a storage room with a bed thrown in it. Shouldn’t even be sold as a room.

Would pick this hotel again
Nice hotel in good location. Great breakfast. Rooftop pool and bar area was marvellous. Newly renovated and clean. We were three people in a room with three ordinary beds. Was a little small but nice, with the third bed in a separate room and it had a nice spacious terrace.

Bra hotel men ...
Bra hotel med bra frukost. Enda klagomålet jag hade var att toaletten i mitt rum var inklämd mellan en stor dursch och handfat. Utrymmet var knappt så man fick plats och det var svårt att torka sig.
