Amazing holidays and staff mainly the animation team specially Mariana, staff at the bar always smiling, staff at the restaurant always polite and happy. The downside is the room card never worked I had to visit reception on daily basis.

Fantastisk ophold til prisen. Hotelværelserne er ikke nye, men fin rene. Vi sov der og gik i bad, så behøver ikke så meget. Maden var fin- på dag 6 glædede jeg mig dog til at komme hjem til mit egen køkken 😊 venligt personale og fin underholdning om aftenen. Poolen var fin og ren.

Les abords de l hotel sont sales,mis à part cela l'hotel est propre dans l ensemble idéale pour les familles piscines jeux etc activités extérieures bref de quoi satisfaire les petits est grands le buffet est variés mais les cocktails du all inclusive sont bof bref on a passé un bon séjour dans l ensemble cdlt

Encantador, las habitaciones una pasada era mas de lo esperado una mini casa tan acogedora y fresca que daban ganas de siestas aunque no es la idea jajaja. El personal encantador espectáculo por las noches, comida todo el día y muy buena varias piscinas.

This is a lovely spacious complex, nice grounds, nice big pool. Food pretty standard but nicefresh fish and meat and nice eggs and omeletes for breakfast. Rooms are much better than the reviews say, and staff v friendly. The only reason we probably wouldnt go back is the way all the sunbeds are reserved at 9am and if you dont join them in reserving some you wont have a sunbed all day. It was very annoying!

Fuimos a pasar una noche, pudimos estar desde que llegamos hasta que decidimos irnos ( ya con check-out hecho) está muy bien para ir con niños, los apartamentos están muy bien completos…la verdad que no podemos poner críticas!!

La estancia ha ido muy bien. El hotel está muy bien para ir con niños y las instalaciones son muy agradables, especialmente la piscina grande y los jardines. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque estén un poco “viejunas”, pero son cómodas y amplias.

Super complexe, très propre, restauration excellente et très variée! Une plaie ces gens qui réservent leurs transats avant d’aller manger ou qu’ils laissent leurs serviettes toute la journée pour revenir vers 17h00(du vécu). Alors, que c’est bien indiqué que c’est interdit, je ne comprends pas que direction n’ai pas le courage dire quelque chose!!!! Grosse surprise lorsque l’on a un demi pension, le soir au dîner on a droit que à de l’eau!!!

Family trip
We went for a family trip in can picafort for 7 nights. Generally everything was great but there is a roam for improvement. Kids loved it so much as there were many kids and many activities. Pool was great. We took a half board which is breakfast and dinner. Food was varied and nice. Lunch we ate from the pool bar which was decent. There is a shop neat the pool but you can go to Lidle which is 3 mins walk. We also loved the mini disco and the evening shows. We booked a pool view room but the room was the last so had little view to the pool. And you need to put your towel on the sunbeds around 8am as it will fill out fast.Also the beds are not great but not bad either. Staff were all very helpful and very kind. Definitely the whole family want to go back again.

A nice holiday in a natural environment. Employees all really kind! Rooms a bit outdated, but the overall atmosphere, food, pools was good. We enjoyed our 14 days holidays all-in very well!

La almohada y colchón muy muy malos , no te cuando las toallas sucias a diario y el restaurante con comidas muy poco elaboradas . He de decir que los trabajadores como recepcionistas , camareros etc si estaban muy atentos
