”Extremely comfortable bed! Room was clean... front desk lady was lovely! However, the tub was probably installed in the 80s... and the tub faucet only ran hot for about 2 minutes at a time. Overall, it was a good experience!”

”The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. ”

”The breakfast wasn't good at all. Very little fruit, and the fruit wasn't fresh. Considering there was a No Frills grocery store near by, I was expecting fresh food. Most of the items were microwaved. Our room was clean, but shower wouldn't turn off,. So we had to switch rooms. One reason I booked the holiday Inn is to take a swim in the pool, but the pool wasn't maintained very well. It had a layer of scum floating on the surface. ”Staff was great but room was in need of repair and cleaning. Bathroom fan hanging out of ceiling, broken bathroom door handle, dirt in corners of room and bathroom as well as dead mosquito type bugs on bathroom ceiling. There was hair in one bed that didn’t belong to us as well as stains on couch.”
