Huvilat – Malvern

”What impressed us first was the happy welcome by both men at the front desk. Sadly, these days that’s rare in the service industry. Too often the person at the front desk makes it seem as though you are bothering them, forcing them to work there, and they are miserable. Everything else was perfect during our one night stay.”

”Just a wonderful experience”

”We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!”

”Comfortable bed”

”Couldn't find my reservation Then I canceled my reservation and they've kept the money. Wouldn't atay here for free lots of shady going on there BUYER BEWARE”

”Make sure you bring instant coffee. This property is actually a hotel, or a former hotel turned pet-friendly extended-stay solution. But there were no vending machines or any utensils/plates for your DoorDash meals and who calls DoorDash for morning coffee? It was okay, clean, comfortable, once we recovered from an incorrect notification that the property had no record of our reservation and had to call first Expedia and then Vrbo to get things straightened out.”

”The room we were in was a handicap room and actually way to small to get around with my power wheelchair. The threshold board in the bathroom stuck up a half inch and was very slippery when it got wet.. The roll-in shower was slippery going into it with an uphill slant. And it took us a half-hour to get hot water before we could shower. We did not have heat in that room either but the bill was adjusted because of that.”

”Grest”

”Siisti ja tilava huone. ”

”Breakfast was great and staff was nice. Room was clean.”
