”This aparthotel was a very pleasant surprise. Everything is automated in terms of checkin and checkout. The room is very spacious, beautifully decorated with extremely high ceiling and a stand alone bathtub. Everything is clean, comfortable and luxurious. The location is also great, as it is in walking distance to old town and to train station. Absolute gem of a place especially for a price that is very appropriate in contrast to other places around.”

”The hotel is a smoking field which is dangerous to your health!!
The workers and the visitors of the hotel smoke everywhere even in the corridor of the room. Inside the room the WALLS colour change to yellow as was smoked there for long time.
The lift is very tight Maxim 2 persons, and was smoked inside the lift.

”The hotel is located in the heart of old town in a historical building and it’s fully reformed. The room was spacious and clean, but as it was facing the square, it was extremely noisy. ”We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. Today at 6 AM the reception was closed so I contacted them via Whatsapp for them to return my money. Well... instead of returning the money they blocked not once but 3 times the amount of money...now I have 600 RON blocked that I cannot use... they reacted quick and spoke with their bank and now I have to...
