”We expected a bit more of this hotel. The staff was not very friendly and not flexible at all. They were very strict about not giving the room us before 3pm and not showing any empathy for us who had been awake 24 hours after a flight. The parking was also very expensive, 28$ per night.
The location was good and the housekeeping did their job well. However the room was quite outdated and in a need of a proper facelift.”

”I loved the hotel. The first week I stayed in one of the private condos with friends. They left earlier so I stayed at the hotel for last two nights. Excellent location by the ocean. Wonderful restaurant with a view on the top floor”

”I had a very satisfying stay.
The reasons for my high rating are as follows:
* The front desk service was excellent
* The room was clean and bright
* Housekeeping did a perfect job
* The air conditioner was powerful and efficient
* Amenities were plentiful
* The shower water pressure was excellent
* Drinking water was provided with a tumbler, and by refilling it at the water dispenser on the first floor, there was no need to buy bottled water
* Live music could be enjoyed every evening

”The location was great and the cafe downstairs was very good for breakfast. However, we didn’t get the room (with 2 beds) that we booked and paid for for the first night as we arrived later in the evening. Had to change rooms in the following morning with quite a lot of hassle and the staff didn’t quite do what they promised upon arrival. Also, we had couple of very big cockroaches in our bathroom that we ended up killing ourselves, which wasn’t nice. Hotel only cleans rooms every 5 days so that...

”Uusi ja tyylikäs hotelli, jonka 14 kerroksen huoneesta huikaisevat merinäkymät. Huone oli melko pieni, mutta tarjosi kaikki oleelliset tilat. Sängyt olivat erinomaiset ja WC:n toiminnot modernit. Kokonaisuus oli erinomainen ja palvelu huippuluokkaa.”

”This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing.
There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD.
