”Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation.”

”The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again”
