The downstairs living space features a 75-inch TV with Sky Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, offering entertainment for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and share meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. A Nespresso coffee maker and wine fridge bring thoughtful touches for mornings and evenings alike. Gather at the 10-seater dining table for shared meals or casual conversation, or use the breakfast bar with four stools for relaxed moments.

The apartment accommodates up to 12 guests with three king-size bedrooms, each designed with blackout curtains or blinds and plenty of storage, including wardrobes and walk-in closets. Bed linens and towels provided for all guests.

There is a public car park located on Cable Street - charges may apply. For more details on parking, please refer to your Guest Pass. Your Guest Pass link can be found in your booking confirmation email. Manchester Piccadilly Station is a 5-10 minute taxi away, or a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. The closest metrolink station is Piccadilly Gardens.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator in this building. The apartment is located on the ground floor, however, you will need to descend the stairs inside the property to access the living area, games room, and downstairs bedroom. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
