”Hotellirakennus oli aika vanha. Äänieristys ei ollut nykyaikaisella tasolla ja äänet naapurihuoneista kuuluivat. Sijainti oli lähiössä. Bussipysäkki keskustaan oli lähellä. Sisäänkirjautumisaika oli 16 - 21 eikä mahdollisuutta myöhäiseen sisäänkirjautumiseen ollut.”

”Awful ...avoid ..walked in not a guest house it was like a hostel....used the toilet as desperate came out and left booked somewhere else .. It the worst place i ve ever booked.”

”Really good place to stay on a budget. We arrived 2 hours early and were able to check in immediately at no extra cost. Clean and comfortable accommodation.”

”Not too far from the city centre - only about a tenner in a cab. Owners were friendly and got set up quickly. Stairs could be a bit creaky at night but not an issue by any means.”

”The property was clean well presented and any issues were dealt with quickly. Had issues with the second front door lock but once we understood it it did work well. Left a bag behind when we left and it was kept until we could pick it up 3 weeks later.”

”The property was presented well apart from the fact that there were huge boxes stacked against the wall downstairs making the place look untidy. There was nowhere to hang or store any clothes, there was no bin in the bedroom, there was only one set of towels and it was advertised online that there is a smart TV in every room and there was not any TV in my room. I would not have minded sharing a property however during the middle of the night there were very frightening raised male voices, and...

”New, convenient hotel in a good location and easy access to Manchester Piccadilly train station. From the negative side we did not receive any information prior to arrival that checkin and payment can only be done online even though there is a checkin counter at the hotel. Minor annoyance. Bigger annoyance was that we had a three bedroom apartment and only one bed was made. ”
