”The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. ”

”The view from our room was exactly as shown. The beautiful lake and mountains! We loved sitting in the evening along the waterfront enjoying the view and a glass of wine and table service. We slept beautifully in our bed and the room had all amenties. A wonderful stay.”

”This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!”

”We stayed seven nights in Pallazo del Vice Re. This place is just wonderful. Really nice and spacious rooms all decorated differently (we had chance to see few of them). Breakfast was delicious and the staff… what can I say. I give them 10/10.
Hotel is only 10km from Bellagio if you want to visit there. It’s great base if you want to explore Lake Como’s other beautiful cities.
There is exellent restaurants close to hotel. For example Aurora that serves great food and the view from terracce is...
"Idyllic village with amazing scenery, friendly staff and a fresh breakfast. Our appartment was not very inviting though, damp and two small windows pointing at a wall. Make sure you understand what room/appartment you get. "
