    Kiinteistö sijaitsee 7829 Makati Ave ja hiljattain remontoitu elokuussa 2016 sisällyttää; kaikki uudet lakanat, verhot, lattia, maali, taideteokset, turvalliset, keittiökoneet, suihkujärjestelmä, tulostin / kopiokone / skanneri jne. Useiden aiempien vieraiden pyynnöstä lisättiin vielä suurempi vaatekaappi. 1 makuuhuoneen yksikössä on graniitti laskurit keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneessa, mikroaaltouuni / kiertoilmauuni, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa lautaset, kulhot, ruokailuvälineet, riisi liesi, leivänpaahdin jne., Kaikki aivan kotona. Sinulla on aina internetyhteys, koska yksikössä on WIFI-reititin ja 2 internetyhteyttä (Kaapeli ja DSL), joilla on rajoittamaton pääsy. Lankapuhelin on käytettävissä vain paikallispuheluissa.     Nauti kauniista Makati-näkymistä pienestä parvekkeesta tai nauti Infinity-altaasta 4. kerroksessa tai kuntosalilla ..., 3-kerroksinen kauppakeskus, joka on rakennettu viereiseen rakennukseen liittymään, ja nyt uusi SM Hypemart (päivittäistavarakauppa ) äskettäin avattu vieressä. Sijainti on erinomainen 100: n ravintoloissa, baareissa jne., Kävelyetäisyydellä ja alle 5 minuutin taksimatkan päässä suosittu Glorietta ja Greenbelt kauppakeskuksissa. Taksipalvelu on helposti saatavilla aulan ulkopuolella.

    Koko rakennus on erittäin turvallista, koska ovenvartijat ja vartijat ovat vuorossa 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa ja vaelevat lattiat. Jokaisessa kerroksessa on myös CCTV koko käytävällä. The condo was excellent: very clean, well maintained, and in a fantastic location. Everything was close by and within easy walking distance.The host was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy.I highly recommend this property.As a matter of fact, I liked the property so much I extended for an additionl 2 weeks.Loved the place.

Great place

One of the very few apartments that has amenities such as a toaster and a convection oven and lots of dishes and utensils. Located right beside the mall and a lot of convenient restaurants.

You’re the property clearly paid attention to detail. I kept finding little things that he had done. Such as an umbrella and a toaster. The room was a small, but it’s to be expected. The view out the windows are very nice, but the condo is in an older hotel and all the problems associated with an older hotel were present.

Great space, location, and view

I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to this property. The condo is spacious for Makati standards, and the view off the balcony was amazing. The location is close to everything with a mall and grocery next door. Anne the caretaker is a wonderful lady and very kind.Michael the host was easy to communicate with, and I wouldn't hesitate in rebooking this property again in the future.Thanks Michael and Anne!

Excellent and worth the price!

A very pleasant and good experience that made me decide to go back a week later and before my final departure. The staff and security personnel are very helpful and friendly especially Ann, the property manager. The place is properly maintained, clean and makes you feel at home. ICW

Great location

Property was ok, constant tapping noise from neighbouring apartments was very annoying. Overall value for money was good. Ann the property manager and Wilma security was great help

Makati downtown review

Honestly, I was disappointed with the actual unit compared to the pictures taken as advertised. The sofa bed needs to be replaced since the spring felt worn out, safe deposit box is also not in order, dishes were not totally cleaned ( stains remained- when I cleaned them, they came out), kitchen light bulbs flickering (need changing), curtains dusty, the SM supermarket mentioned in the ad is under construction & the mall mentioned had lots of stores not operational. The reason I picked this unit was due to the supermarket & mall mentioned. I should have just picked other condotel advertised closer to Glorietta mall. The gymn also was disappointing, the treadmill was out of order & only fans were operational so it was not comfortable working out. Overall, I am disappointed with this unit.

Great Condo

My stay was only average because of the hotel administration....their absurd 2020 still covid rules was seriously annoying and ignorant....The condo owned by Michael was great and Anne the host was amazingly kind friendly and helpful...She even came one day to show me how to use the washing machine and stayed and did my washing....lol Anne is a gem and I greatly appreciated Existed her great attitude...Overall I would definitely stay here again but until the communist hotel management wake up to the covid facts....Thanks Michael and Anne...Beautiful place to stay

Had a great time staying at this property. The property owner was quick with responses and made the check in process easy and answered all of my questions. The caretaker was friendly and did an excellent job. Nice location with everything you need close by and a beautiful view from the balcony.

This was a great experience from start to finish! I've never had anyone communicate with me or make sure I was happy as much as I experienced with my stay here. The owner and caretaker are very accommodating. The location is perfect for everything you need within walking distance from the condo. This was a special trip for me as I was getting engaged. The owner helped make the whole trip perfect! Thank you!

Philippines vacation

My children and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks. Very convenient to everything. The place is nice and clean. Jackie is very accommodating. She always reply back everytime I reach out to her. I will definitely come back here next time I come back to the Philippines.

Couldn't have asked for more!!

Michael, Thank you for letting me rent your condo from 4/17-4/26! It was what the doctor ordered! Rather than staying with some of my colleagues in a nearby hotel, I elected to stay here where it felt like home & a peaceful getaway (they visited me & were jealous!). Everything was clean, bright, relaxing and did I mention the night view from the balcony? Rivals any NY City views! I loved the fact that Michael's condo is about 100 feet from the Supermarket, 7-11 and all the other conveniences of home away from home. I will be back in August and hopefully it will be available again! Thank you Michael for keeping your place so upscale!

No Regrets what so ever

I really enjoyed staying at this vacation rental. The location to grocery store, 7-11, restaurants was perfect. At the time of my stay there was an outdoor market right across the street with food, merchandise for sale and entertainment. The condo was clean and cozy. I had 4 pillows all to myself....I was in my glory. The view was spectacular. The staff downstairs were polite and courteous. I will definitely stay again. Thanks Michael for a wonderful stay.

excellent condo

Excellent location, extremely clean and cozy condo withALL amenities ...two AC, Two TV, complete kitchen, dream of people who like to cook their own food like me. Very fast repair personel arrives if you need any services... The location of tge building is excellent, many restaurants, 7-11, super market for fresh fruits... A total package...I loved my stay combined with a very reasonable price makes this condo ideal for all types of travellers...

My fiancé and I stayed here for 10 days and I would say that it was very satisfying :) it offered great comfort.. Pleasing hospitality from the owner and care taker.. Convenience all over the vicinity and security at it's best... I will definitely come back if I have the chance :)

"Perfect In Every Way"

I recently stayed in this condo (31 March-06 April). The condo was exactly as described by the owner. The location is ideal for visitors requiring accommodation in Makati. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within a minutes walk from the condo. I walked into central Makati (Glorietta Mall) on a few occasions, however there are also numerous taxis operating past the a Venue Suites. I highly recommend this condo for singles or couples as it satisfies all requirements for city living. The owner and the caretaker are friendly and easy to deal with. I had an enjoyable stay with no negative comments to offer regarding my stay in Michael's condo. I would have no hesitation in booking this condo again for future visits to Manila.

Great place to stay in Manila

Would like to keep this place a secret all to myself so I could stay there each time I visit. Just all around great place to stay. Perfect size, location, amenities and price. Stayed here last fall and will be staying again this spring. Better than anywhere else I have stayed in the PI. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed this R&R {Relaxing and trouble free}

The condo was perfect and the location was very close to the major malls and finer resturants, Enjoyed the TV and sound system, The Staff were extremely friendly and only minutes for a taxi. Thanks again Mike and looking forward to staying again in near future.

Makati Condo is a top rental choice

I stayed in this Makati condo unit for the entire month of February 2013. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular unit for your stay in Makati if you want to be in the center of what there is to do and see during your stay. The apartment suite was very clean on arrival, and I appreciated seeing Jacqui, who cleaned the suite for me every few days during my stay. There are great views from the living room which also has a balcony and I also appreciated the hot water shower (which is non-existent in a lot of other condo units. The suite is as advertised and is equipped with ample cooking utensils and dishes if this is your thing on vacation. However, only steps away in the A.Venue mall are a number of Asian, Italian and restaurants with a local flair. If you are looking for American dishes, 'Hooters' is just across the street and 'The Filling Station' or 'Cafe Cubana' are just a couple of blocks away with a great American breakfast.. One thing worth noting is the very friendly staff at A.Venue suites and also how safe you feel when walking around in this part of the city. The owner of this suite is very friendly and easy to deal with and I might mention that over the month I stayed here, not a single issue cropped up that I had to get resolved. A great suite for your stay in Makati.

Comfortable, Cozy, and the Location was Perfect!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The location was very close to the major malls and allowed me and my cousin to do alot of shopping and relax in a comfortable environment at the end of the day. The doormen were extremely friendly and quite humorous when watching us come back several times with a lot of shopping bags. The kitchen, although small, had all the items necessary to cook a home cooked meal for our friends. Thanks again to Mike for having great communication although being far away and his caretaker Jacqui for meeting us and making us feel at home.
