I am truly disappointed with my 3nights stay @ this hotel and I hope with my review could make a difference to customers who will one day stay in your hotel and I hope with this review and testimonials pave the way for some changes or resolution on what I experienced during my stay…
First of all the room is infested with cockroaches, I had to kill a few of them to show the manager how these critters occupy the room.
2nd..the wood panels under the bed that hold the mattress are not properly installed and the couch’s cushion next to the bed is just like hard board and a report to the hotel manager went into deaf ears.
3rd,the musty odor of the room needs to be addressed…I have relatives and friends who are interested in staying here as the convenience of the location makes it easier to book, but I do hope that the above rants could be looked into…,
