”It was our worst nightmare experience!!! We arrived at Azure close to midnight, only to find out that nobody even the manager on call knows about our 10-day reservation made more than a month ago. We spent almost an hour calling Expedia, gave us a number to call but the issue was not resolved. Imagine us looking for place to stay in the middle of the night! We called Azure the next morning to talk to the administrator who did not know anything about our reservations. It was indeed very...

”The place was very good but the internet didn't work at all and i called and they tried to fix it but nothing for 2 weeks, that is the only reason it was not 5 stars.”

”Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....

”The negatives are too great to list but here are some examples: Host was very slow in communication, bed was like concrete, pillows like cotton candy, broken furniture, no hangers, minimal dishes, cheap towels, no soap or sponges to clean the one or two dishes, Luke warm shower, bugs everywhere, no place to sit and eat, etc. one positive, if you want a convenient place close to mall of Asia it’s a 10 minute walk. Never again!”
